Cottage - Crich, Matlock, Derbyshire

Sweet little Derbyshire cottage in need of some serious updating and general tweaking.
It only has two bedrooms, and the bathroom's downstairs, but the property includes a stone-built store which could provide possibilities for extending the space. The biggest issue is that it has no mains drainage and you'd need to budget for that.
The views (through lovely sash windows) are fabulous and the cottage is in a quiet, rural setting about a mile from the busy village of Crich, on the edge of the Peak District, and eight miles from Matlock.
Derby is 12 miles away and Nottingham sixteen, with the M1 about 13 miles away. The nearest network train station is at Whatstandwell, around two miles away.
The cottage is on the market with Scargill Mann at offers around £99k.
