I don't usually feature terraced properties on WOW, but this caught my eye (and not just because it's next door to a pub).
Trevear Cottage is possibly the oldest home in the cute Cornish village of St Issey, a couple of miles from Padstow.
The three-bedroom, stone-built cottage is thought to date from the 1700s and wears its history on its sleeve, with ancient slate flagged floors and beamed ceilings, through to a dinky 50s tiled fireplace and carpets that map the decades. It desperately needs renovating by someone with the sensitivity to reveal rather than bury its past.
There's a large, overgrown garden with a garage. And it's got an apple store in the loft - how cool is that!
It's on the market through Cole Rayment White at £195k, more details here.
