House, Selling, Faversham, Kent
It's a pretty, weather-boarded three-bedroomed house surrounded by fields and farmland, with lovely country views - but blimey O'Reilly what a mess it is inside!
Have a look at the kitchen picture below. Some of you will focus on the mould and the fire damage, whereas others - my 'wreck mates' will be trying to work out whether that's an Aga or a Rayburn. We're talking wreck but clearly wreck with potential.
There's a decent-sized garden, parking area and a cellar. The bathroom's downstairs but the three bedrooms look out over open countryside.
It's around a mile from the village of Selling and about two miles from Faversham and is on the market through Strutt & Parker with a guide price of £175k. More details and pictures here.
