Bungalow, Riverside, Clifton, Nottingham

I was tempted by this one myself. Transport it to the side of the Loire instead of the Trent, and would-be buyers would be forming a disorderly queue.
It's a wreck of a bungalow sitting beside the River Trent in its own plot, at the end of a mile-long farm track.
The bungalow is in a lovely location, opposite Attenborough Nature Reserve, and with river access and mooring and fishing rights. The nearest neighbours are a handful of similar riverside homes and holiday retreats.
It's up for auction through Graham Penny, on May 21st, with a guide price of £18k: details here.
