House - Elsrickle, Lanarkshire

It's the sort of house you drew as a kid; four windows, door in the middle, trees behind it.
It's "semi-derelict", and you're going to need to find out exactly what the seller means by that broad description, and there's no planning permission in place (I see that as a bonus - keeps the price down and gives you a clean sheet start).
However stone-built East Park is a pretty, detached house with around a third of an acre of land, on the edge of a village - so not too remote.
It's in Elsrickle, around four miles from lovely Biggar, at the end of the Pentland Hills.
The house is on the market through Rettie at offers over £95k. More details here.
