Church, Banff, Aberdeenshire

Sweet Scottish church in its own grounds, three miles from the sea; other than planning permission and a wedge of cash, what more could you want?
Fordyce Parish Church is in the lively village of Fordyce, around three miles from the harbour town of  Portsoy and around eight miles from Banff - Aberdeen is about a 45-minute drive away.
The stonebuilt church, dating from around 1804, sits in decent-sized walled grounds. It's B-Listed and there's no graveyard - yippee!
It's a lovely shape to work with - basically a large hall with upper-balcony on three sides, full-width session room at the back, entrance hall and small vestry with a toilet off.
It's on the market through the Church of Scotland at offers over £100k. More details here and pdf here.
