Cottage, nr St Columb, Cornwall

Fancy a Cornish bolthole? This elderly sweetie caught my eye as I was mooching around the Cornish coast.
It's an end terrace cottage, but with a good chunk of corner plot wrapped around it (pic below) so plenty of scope for extending outwards should you want more space than its two bedrooms.
The cottage is a traditional part-cob, part-stone build and includes some lovely features like a Rayburn stove in the dining room and an open fire in the living room (you'll want to lose the surround tho').
Outside, there's an adjoining garage (you'll probably want to lose that too) and a dilapidated pig shed.
It's in a rural hamlet, about a mile from St Columb Major and about seven miles from Padstow and the coast.
The cottage is on the market through Cole, Rayment and White, at £154,950. More details and pictures here.
