Former Inn, Radwell, Beds

I've previously written about former country pubs as a good-priced option for 'Wreck..' buyers looking for a big building. Here's another example.
The Old Swan Inn in the village of Radwell, Bedfordshire, is Grade II Listed and has great views across open countryside (albeit across the road directly in front of the property) and the village green.
The main building has a thatched roof, parking area and a courtyard garden at the back, and there's also an annex and outbuildings. Downstairs are three bars, kitchen, loos and stores. Upstairs are three bedrooms and bathroom. It already has permission to change it into a good-sized house with four bedrooms and four reception rooms.
The property is currently up for auction on November 1st, through Allsop, with a guide price of £180-£200k. More details and pdf here.
