Pair of cottages, Langley-on-Tyne

Obviously you could renovate each of them, and then you'd have a pair of poky or cute cottages (depending on your renovation talents) with fantastic Pennine views. Or you could turn them into one big home.
Adjoining, two-bedroom cottages with outbuildings, good-sized gardens and views over Stublick Fell.
Both cottages also have a kitchen, bathroom, and living room; one cottage has a study room and the other a conservatory.
There's a stone-built garage attached to one cottage and a couple of wooden barns in the rear garden.
The photo's a bit confusing and the Google Streetview's clearer. What's for sale is cottage two and three in a terrace of three cottages - the white-framed cottage in the picture above and the long, single-storey cottage to the right, with the garage in the middle.
My guess is that the brown-door house is cottage one and not for sale. You'd need to check that.
The whole lot is on the market through Foster Maddison with a guide price of £150k. Details here.
