House, Helperby, North Yorkshire

A rather more manageable wreck today after the big job focus of my last couple of posts.
This one's a semi, which I'd normally avoid, but it's in a nice position on the edge of the village of Helperby looking out across countryside.
No. 8 Bridge Street dates from around 1893 and has some sweet period features (and some less sweet modern additions). There are three bedrooms, sitting room, dining room (including a range and walk-in pantry), a tiny kitchen and downstairs bathroom - all of which need renovating and updating.

Outside is a good-sized garden and a jumble of dilapidated greenhouses, sheds and outbuildings.
Helperby is about five miles from Boroughbridge and 14 from York.
It's on the market through Stephensons with a guide price of £200k, details in pdf here and more pictures here.
