Ex-railway cottage: Beccles, Suffolk

I've gone small this week. Positively dinky in fact.
Now bear with me - Crossings cottage isn't exactly pretty. And, yes, its neighbours are what I think is termed 'light industrial' units. And it abuts a railway line.
However, despite the odd-shaped rooms (think waiting room with a corner sliced off...) and lean-to additions, it's actually quite sweet.

More importantly, it comes with .43 of an acre and outbuildings that include an old railway carriage:

Crossing Cottage is in the rather nice Suffolk market town of Beccles, which sits on the river Waveney and has a community lido.
It's detached, has two bedrooms, two reception, kitchen and bathroom. It's on the market through Durrants with a guide price of £75k. More details and pictures here.
