Cottage, Shaftesbury, Dorset

This sweet little thing was sent to me by Wreck reader Karen.
Located near the top of the iconic Gold Hill (Hovis, boy, bike, pig push...) it's got fab views across Blackmore Vale and down into the market town of Shaftesbury.
It's single storey, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and sun room.


There's a massive three-part garden (including a currently overgrown orchard area) which offers great potential to extend the house.
However, given the location, you'd need to have a discussion with planning officers to see what they would be likely to accept. The fact that the sun room has been added (you'll want to get rid of that) and neighbours have extended their houses will help.
