House - Needwood, Staffordshire

I'll be driving past this house today, as I've done every Thursday for the last month on my way to my golf lesson. Or, as is the reality, my weekly reminder of how very bad I am at all sport.
Anyway, what I do know about this house is that it's on a rather tight bend on a fast country lane. What I can also see is that it is very sweet and I've been itching to see it on the market.
It's detached, three bedrooms, an integral garage, and a decent garden with a clutch of brick outbuildings.
Downstairs is the hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen and walk-in pantry. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one pretty narrow) and the bathroom. It all needs renovating and updating but there are some lovely original fireplaces and features and a nice feel to the rooms.

It's up for auction on September 11th, through John German, with a guide price of £180k. PDF details here and online details and more pictures here.
