House and barns, nr Calgary, Isle of Mull

At the top of my price range, but I don't care because it's on Mull. And we all know how I feel about Mull.
Anyway, Wreck reader Kerry-Ann takes the credit for finding this gem.
There are two bits to it - the good-sized and very live-in-able house above, and the group of stone-built farm buildings below, ripe for conversion:

The whole is set in over six acres of gardens and land; ten minutes walk from a fabulous, secluded beach.
Langamull is isolated - accessed through forest, around five miles from Dervaig and 12 from Tobermory, and basic (I prefer 'authentic') as far as comforts go. Log burners or open fires in each room; its own water source; an oil-fired range for cooking.

Most of the original features have stayed put, including handsome sash and casement windows, paneled walls and pine floors. There are three decent-sized bedrooms, two reception rooms, a large kitchen and two bathrooms.
The property and land is on the market at OIRO £350k through Bell Ingram. Details and more pictures here, pdf here.
