Auction properties - Cornwall, Derbyshire and Lincs.

A bundle of auction sweeties for you today, starting with Rambler Cottage, above.
The three-bed semi is in the east Cornish village of Egloskerry, about five miles from Launceston.
There are no internal pictures, but basically there are three rooms plus a shower room downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs.
It comes with a bit of garden to the front and back and the area of land at the side, seen in the picture, which has planning permission to build another house.
The cottage is up for auction on September 9th, through Countrywide Auctions, with a guide price of £95k. Details here and on Zoopla here.
Incidentally, among Countrywide's unsold lots is the rather lovely three-bed detached home below, in  Bradwell, in Derbyshire's Peak District.

Fabulous views from its position above the village although again no internal pix (boo!). It's listed as needing "a full scheme of renovation" - whatever that means - but does have lots of original features and a big garden.
It's on the market at offers from £249k. Details here.
Finally the former mill and cottage below, in the north Lincolnshire town of Barton-Upon-Humber, is up for auction on September 24th.

The cottage and the windmill are Grade II listed, and it comes with around half an acre of land. A major development job - rather more than the usual Wreck do-upper - but a lovely building with a lot of potential.

It's being auctioned by JH Walter with a guide price of £125k. Lot 18 in the catalogue here.
