Four into two traditional Welsh cottages

This lovely traditional Welsh property caught my eye this week.
Originally a row of three cottages, it's ripe for renovation to create one big, country cottage.
One cottage (and part of the central cottage) has been used for living in and the rest of the space for storage, but all three need work:

Tan Lan cottage is in a nice, open location, in the village of Llandwrog, in Caernarfon, and surrounded by a large garden:

The property is on the market through Carter Jonas, with a guide price of £175k. Details and more pictures here and PDF brochure here.
Staying in Wales, the cottage below, on the edge of the gorgeous seaside village of Aberdaron, has masses of potential.

It needs a full renovation job - including replacing the lean-to kitchen and loo with a proper extension, but there are some nice period details. Including what looks like an inglenook fireplace hiding behind a living room wall:

There's a downstairs bedroom and a bedroom in the attic, plus downstairs lounge and the lean-to rooms. Outside are gardens to the front and side.

It's on the market at £95k through Huw Tudor estate agents. Details here but better pictures on Rightmove here.
