Farmhouse and cottage to renovate

I'm partial to a two-for-one property deal and this gorgeous farmhouse comes with an attached (albeit not quite so gorgeous) cottage.
East Farm is off the A645, Broach Lane at Little Heck, a few miles from Goole. The location itself is pretty decent. Goole isn't the prettiest of towns (I'm saying that as someone from Hull, with an inbuilt reluctance to see charm in any other East Yorkshire city) but East Farm's location offers both rural views and easy commuter access to the M62 and M18.
The property obviously needs work, but it's a good size with lots of possibilities. However, if you're interested, you need to get a move on - offers on East Farm close this week.

The house itself is a good size. A detached farmhouse with hall, two reception rooms, a massive, 20ft x 11ft kitchen, plus pantry, utility room, downstairs shower room, and cellar.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, the bathroom (yay!), and dressing/box room.

And above that are two attic rooms and a storeroom, reached by a staircase.

The attached "cottage" has one room downstairs and one upstairs.

Outside is a large garden and views over adjoining farmland. The streetview shows a road largely empty of other buildings.

It's for sale through agents Townend Clegg & Co at offers around £200k. The deadline for offers is this Friday - June 8th - and the last formal viewing date is tomorrow, Tuesday 5th June, at 6pm. Contact the agents on 01405 471948 to book. Details here and here.
