This is pricier than my usual picks. And the pictures are rubbish (take them on your phone, did ya?).
Kilsby Grange, in Northamptonshire, came to me via a tip-off from Hazel, on Twitter, who'd seen it in a story in the Northampton News.
It's a very handsome house.
Lived in by the Harrison family since 1921, the 200-year-old Georgian country manor comes with 10.5 acres, including woodland, pasture and gardens.
The property is unmodernised but there are lots of original features worth hanging onto.
And gadzillions of space.
Drawing room, dining room, kitchen (with Aga), workshop, loo, pantry and store rooms downstairs; four bedrooms upstairs and four attic rooms above them.
No bathroom. No central heating (period fireplaces in rooms).
A barn, byre, stables and cottages previously part of the Grange were sold off in 2009 and 2011, and the contents of the house (some pictured below) were auctioned off at the end of September.
Anthony Harrison, a former Senior Partner of Howkins and Harrison, died last year, prompting the sale of the house.
